After lots of emails, late night phone calls, video interviews etc I have at last been accepted as a volunteer at The Open being played this year at Royal Birkdale. I've been lucky to have played Royal Birkdale a few times now and now I'll be documenting my 'behind the scenes experiences' over the 8 days of volunteering at the 154th Open!
